To help you add some excitement to your life, here are a few new restaurants and bars in Chicago that you can try out to create some new experiences!
Eataly is located on 43 E. Ohio st. and was a huge success after it’s opening that after it’s first week of opening it had to close down for a day in order to restock and better serve its customers. The Italian food emporium is part restaurant and part grocery store that serves the highest quality food. Inside they have eight italian-themed restaurants plus fresh produce, seafood, meats and cheeses; prepared foods and sandwiches; an in-house brewery; wine and cocktail bars; and specialty items like cured boar’s meat. Unlike it’s New York location, Eataly Chicago has a Nutella station which apparently had a line out the door during the first opening week!
Analogue is located at 2523 N. Milwaukee Ave. and has had highly recommended reviews from Chicagoans. If you’ve been to Violet Hour in Wicker Park than you must check out this place. Two former Violet Hour bartenders, Henry Prendergast and Robert F. Haynes, got together to create this wonderful masterpiece. This new spot combines casualness, creativeness, and high-end cocktails all into one place. Along with the cocktails comes an amazing New Orleans-inspired menu by chef Alfredo Nogueira. Analogue will offer affordable appetizers and entrees ranging from $3 to $11. So if you and your friends are looking for a new hot spot than Analogue is the place for your next night out!
Doc B’s is located at 100 E. Walton St. If you’re looking to start your new year off in a healthy way than Doc B.’s Fresh Kitchen is a restaurant you should check out. The new fast-casual restaurant serves fresh, high quality food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This new spot seats 95 in the main dining room and 15 at a bar. Combining technology with high quality service, diners will receive GPS tracking devices to direct servers to them. The fresh food ranges from high quality sandwiches to roast chicken, fish, and steak. Doc B.’s offers delicious homemade juice-blend popsicles for desert.
