For many Chicagoans, Sunday brunch is nothing short of sacred. It’s a time for us to come together and stuff ourselves with rich foods and strong drinks, while reminiscing over the weekend. It’s a beautiful tradition, but it just got better.

Bacon wrapped dates, calamari in a sweet and sour adobo sauce, red velvet French toast, Scotch eggs, ropa vieja and dark chocolate covered bacon are just a few of the out-of-this world menu selections. The exotic flavors team up with the colorful decorations and fun music to transport patrons to an afternoon in Brazil.
Both food and drinks at Carnivale are made with the freshest ingredients, so even standard mimosas, mojitos, and margaritas and taken to a whole new level, and you’ll never be thirsty when you can choose from Bloody Mary’s, sangria, tequila flights, a full rum menu and more.
